All newly created websites will have an invoice created to cover the use of our modules and application. This invoice is due on the 20th of the following month.
Upon the creation of a new website an invoice will be created to cover the hosting for the remainder of the current month and the next month. Eg if you register a site on the 15th January and invoice will be created to cover the hosting from the 16th-31st January and another to cover from the 1st-28th February. This invoice would be due on the 20th February. Another invoice for hosting would then be created on the 28th February to cover hosting from 1st-31st March. This invoice would be due on the 20th March.
We provide a 30 day allowance on accounts before we charge any penalties. Any accounts in arrears by more than 60 days will have their websites disabled. Accounts at 90 days will have their websites removed from the servers.
If your business is sold or changes owners then the use of our software will transfer to the new owner however no other sales, re-sales or transfers are permitted.

All static websites could be exported as a template and then re-imported onto another server providing you download and install all the same modules that you use in your website, eg if you use the form and list module on your site this will need to be installed on your fresh DNN install before you import the template.
Our E-commerce websites cannot be migrated to another server as our modules are not available on other servers.

Yes, we have two different backup systems running, we take full image backups of all our servers every night and we also take file backups of all your website and database files.
In the event of a disaster Acumen Online will manage the entire restore process.
Yes, you should have no problems going to the DNN store, picking any module you would like and then installing it on your new website. This FAQ is a module we purchased for around $10 USD.
As a rule, you should always pick a plan that has more than enough space to hold your application. If you do go over your space allocation your site will remain online but you will be billed at the rate of the new hosting plan you should be on.

As soon as your website has been automatically created you will receive an email with a link to your new site and a link to the go live procedures.
When you provision a new site we provide you with a temporary domain name which is used during the auto install process. This allows you to keep your current website until you are ready to switch over. You can add your domain name to your new site anytime after the install process is completed and you've received your success email.
Please note that adding your domain to your new site is only have the job. When you want your new site to appear when people type in your domain name you will need to contact your domain provider and have them swap your DNS record over to our server.
Generally within 2 hours of requesting a new website you should receive an email with a link to your new site. During busy periods this can stretch out to 4 hours.
Once your site is up, how long until you can go live is entirely up to you and how much content you want / need to add to your new site. For a static content website it shouldn't take more than 1-2 days but a full e-commerce application can take 3-4 days to get ready for a go live.
